$50 Fees plus $20 permit fee for non-members
Must enter the open to roll to the sidepot, if entering more than one horse in the open must declare which one will count for EBA sidepot before the race
Non-Members may enter sidepot as well!
Payout for the sidepot will follow EBA straight pay table
